Last night I attended a spoken words event and I must say that I really enjoyed myself. I’m feeling so inspired and artsy again… So I wrote a little something…

Not so transparent…

You can’t look on the surface and tell me how I feel, you can’t look on the surface and tell if I am real. What you may see when you look at me is confidence and beauty. However, you can’t see that I’ve been hurt and at rivalry. With myself. What I see is a child of God with imperfections, someone that you can view at your own discretion. Don’t be so quick to judge me, because you are not perfection. What I see is ME, a work in progress. You can’t see through me, not transparently… #sugarlipsandstyletips #sugarlipsandcurlytips
